Our 0% commission model works because you buy your next home with us. You get charged our standard listing fee at the time of your home sale, but receive a full refund at the closing of your next home purchase with our team. This allows us to provide full-service real estate while saving you thousands.

Is this a discount or limited service?

Not at all. We provide complete full-service real estate representation including professional marketing, MLS listing, expert negotiation, and everything you'd expect from a traditional agent. The only difference is you don't pay our listing commission when you buy your next home with us.

What if I'm only selling and not buying?

We still offer significant savings for sellers who aren't buying their next home with us. Our sliding-scale commission for sell-only clients ranges from just 0.5% to 1.5% depending on your home's value - still far below traditional rates while providing full service.

Do I still need to pay the buyer's agent commission?

Yes, you'll still offer a competitive commission to the buyer's agent (typically 2.5-3%) to ensure your home gets maximum exposure to buyers working with agents. Our 0% commission applies to our listing side only.

How does the homebuyer rebate work?

When you purchase a home with us, we offer a sliding-scale rebate based on the purchase price. For homes $300,000 and above, you'll receive between 0.5% and 1.5% of the purchase price as a cash rebate at closing. This is in addition to the savings from our 0% commission when selling your current home.

Are there any upfront fees?

No, there are no upfront fees. Our commission is only charged at closing, and if you buy your next home with us, that commission is fully refunded at your purchase closing. Optional add-on services like enhanced photography or staging consultation would be the only additional costs.
